We talk to Lola May Massingham CEO/Founder of Prime Coastal Property to find out more about what their business offers and what drives them to succeed.
What was your first job?
My first full-time job was in estate agency. From a young age I have always had a strong interest in luxury brands and the fashion industry. Before entering the property sector I was involved in the fashion industry, building my skills and connections in London, working as a model for multiple luxury brands throughout my teenage years. My passion however has always been in property, beautiful architecture and meeting great people!

When was Prime Coastal Property first established?
Prime Coastal Property was first established in 2023. After several years of working for established local estate agencies across the Dorset area I decided to put into action my passion for our area by marketing all the wonderful things it has to offer, and linking this to the property industry. This led me to envision and create a unique luxury estate agency. I wanted to provide extraordinary and high-quality marketing services that would set us apart from the competition. We specialise in areas across Poole including, Sandbanks, Branksome Park, Canford Cliffs, Lilliput and surrounding areas. We also cover the wonderful areas of Christchurch, Mudeford and the New Forest.
What services does your company offer?
We offer a range of services tailored to selling a home. Our team creates a professional “production” style marketing video of the property showcasing it to its finest potential. We also provide professional photography services to capture the essence of the location and the properties features. Additionally, we ensure that this is then marketed across all major social media channels, as well as on popular property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla. In addition to selling homes, we also work closely with customers to help them find their dream properties in the area. We take the time to talk to our clients and understand their unique individual needs, ensuring that we provide a personalised and tailored experience.
What has been your most memorable property you have sold to date?
One of the most memorable properties I have sold to date was a plot in the beautiful Elms Avenue with breathtaking views and a private beach. This location was quite literally a dream spot for me and the clients that purchased it. I was proud to secure the highest price for the road and also knowing that it would become a dream residence for someone made it a particularly wonderful home to sell. The planned new build and unique features of the property added to the beauty of the area, making it a truly special opportunity.
What do you think makes the area so desirable to potential buyers?
I believe what makes our area so desirable to potential buyers is its unique charm and the lifestyle it offers. Families, investors, and individuals from all over the world are drawn to the area. It offers wonderful local beaches, restaurants, scenic walks, and water sports. Moreover, the area boasts amazing transport links to major cities and airports, making it convenient for travel to many destinations. At Prime Coastal Property we understand the power of social media in advertising and marketing our area and our properties. Therefore, we ensure that homes are viewed far and wide, targeting buyers from all over the world.
What drives you to succeed?
My biggest drive to succeed comes from my family. They have always been a great source of inspiration for me, both personally and professionally. I am motivated by the joy of making connections with people through my job and the love I have for my family and the future.
What has been your greatest achievement to date?
Launching Prime Coastal Property has been my greatest achievement to date. I am passionate about my business being the most trusted and successful agency in the area and to achieve this I have poured my dreams and ambitions into everything and created a truly unique experience for buyers and sellers. Our innovative marketing strategies aim to continue to enhance the way properties are viewed, leaving no stone unturned. We create content around homes and their lifestyles that is unmatched in the industry, attracting a wide range of potential buyers.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I see myself still expanding Prime Coastal Property, on a journey to take the business along the coastal regions. However, this area will always be home and hold a special place in my heart. I envision myself, my team, and my family being happy and healthy, filled with gratitude. Moreover, we aim to continue pioneering luxury marketing in the UK coastal regions, as we believe there is great potential in this market.
What are your plans for 2024?
Looking ahead to 2024, our plans are exciting and ambitious. We are looking forward to bringing new and exciting property listings to the market. We have lots of creative ideas and goals. In particular, we are thrilled to introduce a new package for sellers that we believe is a great style of marketing that involves a current and fresh approach to the sale of property with a unique advertising campaign like no other! Beautiful homes and a super lifestyle deserves the ultimate promotion, we love to get creative with each new listing as each location offers their own hidden gems and unique features.
