DG Developments was formed by David Godfrey, a highly skilled construction worker that has progressed over the years to become a professional in the field of construction. Early in his career, David gained valuable construction site experience working on all types of building projects. With many years of practical experience behind him, David began to set up his own building company offering a wide range of construction services to residential clients.

Boasting over 35 years of combined experience in the construction industry, DG Developments now operate the company from Poole covering all areas of Dorset and Hampshire.

DG Developments specialise in developing sites from barn conversions and house renovations to new builds and apartments, using our vast knowledge of the construction industry we complete projects for our clients to the very highest of standards.

We offer a bespoke service for our clients including; sourcing potential development sites, producing a financial viability report, negotiating with estate agents, all aspects of the legal and planning stages and developing the site from start to completion to produce a bespoke home to our clients requirements.

With this service there is no hassle for our clients having to deal with third party contractors and it is David who will solely take care of the client making sure every detail is to the highest of standards.
