At the heart of this local, Verwood based business, is a father and son team, Chris and Tim Bevington, who have been building structures both large and small for over 40 years in Dorset and beyond. As a direct response to consumer demand their combined experience led to developing beautiful, contemporary garden rooms.
Their passion and knowledge has attracted a wider team of skilled design and construction experts. Together they are The Garden Room People.

The 3 Step Process
- Design
We listen to your requirements, conduct a free site survey, ask you questions to guide your decisions and then create your garden room design. - Agreement
We share the design with you and once you are happy we reach an agreement on price, payment plan and installation date. - Installation
We follow our agreed schedule to complete your garden room on time and budget. When you are totally happy we sign over your garden room to you and we receive your final balance payment.

Technical Details
Steel, concrete and structural insulation panels are combined to create your garden room. We apply our knowledge to select the optimum materials for durability, value and aesthetic appeal. We use a full steel ring beam base joined to adjustable concrete pads. This foundation means we can install quickly and with accuracy, knowing that our structures are built to last. We have a range of selective interior and exterior finishes to make your design unique.

It is our policy to be honest and open, providing our customers with quality at a fair price, whilst also ensuring the sustainability of our business. All prices quoted by The Garden Room People are fully inclusive of all charges for materials, labour, transportation and VAT. With prices starting at £12,995 fully installed – let’s talk!
