Celebrated Chef Bradley Green has officially opened the doors of the revamped restaurant at the Lord Bute Hotel, marking a new culinary era for the esteemed establishment. ‘The Lord Bute by Bradley Green’, welcomed locals and food aficionados alike, to a highly successful launch party that became the talk of the town. The restaurant is now open for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner daily, with Mondays being the only exception.
In January you are invited to sample their brand new ten course tasting menu served with their exclusive award winning Pommery ‘Apanage’ Champagne, and why not relax and book a stay in their 5 star boutique hotel, or stay in the newly refurbished SELFRIDGE SUITE (former home of Harry Selfridge) who built the world famous Selfridge Store in Oxford Street London from where he became known as the ‘Earl of Oxford Street’, the suite can accommodate up to 5 guests on 2 floors.
Bradley Green, renowned for his culinary prowess and years of experience, took the reins from September 1st, following a brief closure to refresh the decor and ensure the restaurant mirrors his commitment to quality. While the hotel continued its operations unabated, Bradley took meticulous care to honour existing bookings and provided assurance that there would be no major disruptions in service. The restaurant retains its illustrious two AA Rosette status.
With roots in London, Berkshire and Essex and a formative career in illustrious establishments such as Il Bottaccio in Mayfair, Bradley Green has garnered acclaim with his top-tier brand of London restaurants, ‘Green’s’, earning 16 awards and a top ranking in Time Out magazine. Green’s also became the brand of choice at the King Charles’s Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club. “I’m excited to get started at Lord Bute. Even though it’s not my first rodeo, I’m excited as if it is,” he remarked.

Lord Bute is Licensed for civil marriages with up to 100 guests with hotel accommodation.
