Over the years of working in local salons, Jasmine always felt there was something missing in the industry and spotting room for improvement, she decided to take the leap and create Holmes of Beauty. A place where customers can receive the best quality treatments, in high end surroundings at affordable prices …beauty for everyone!
With a team of like minded and passionate people from within the beauty, hairdressing and aesthetic practitioner world she managed to create one the most “talked about” brands in Bournemouth & Poole.
Can you tell us a little about your beauty department?
Our beauty department currently consists of four team members who all have a passion and an eye for detail. All our therapists are trained to an extremely high standard in all the services they offer in order to make our clients feel at ease that they are in safe hands and will walk away with top quality results using only the best brands in the industry at our award-winning Bournemouth salon.
What services do your beauty department offer?
We offer all aspects of beauty services and have treatments suitable for everyone! Whether you’re looking to enhance your eyes, we offer all things brows and lashes including lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, waxing, brow lamination and semi-permanent make up (Microblading). For our clients who want more of a relaxing treatment, our therapists can offer holistic therapies, including Indian Head massage as well as Swedish and Hot Stone body massages.
What sets you apart from other salons?
Our clients LOVE that we are one of the few places that offer BIAB Gel nails in Bournemouth area. Builder In A Bottle by The Gel Bottle is a soak off gel that is harder than a normal gel polish used to create overlays as a strengthening barrier for the natural nails to grow.
What is your most popular services?
Our most popular services we offer our clients is skin care. We have a huge range of skincare and facials, and our team offers free face to face consultations to discuss and address any skin concerns you may have. In an ever-growing industry, skin care can be very daunting and finding the right products and in clinic treatments can sometimes feel impossible! At Holmes of Beauty, we stock a range of medical grade skin care products that we use alongside all our in-clinic treatments called Noon Aesthetics.
Our skincare range contains ingredients that are clinically proven to target certain issues, such as: acne, rosacea, dry and oily skin. We have an extensive range of in clinic facials that are suitable for all skin types, including HydraFacial’s, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels and PRP Vampire Facials.
We understand you also have a team of hair stylists in your salon?
Our hair team currently consists of three passionate stylists who specialise in the latest colour techniques and continue to develop their skill set to offer the most up to date looks. Our hair team has a combined in excess of 25 years’ experience behind the chair and are trained to the highest of standards in all the services they offer in order to make our clients feel at ease that they are in safe hands and will walk away with top quality hairdressing results right here in our Bournemouth salon using only the best brands in the industry.
What services do your hair stylist offer?
We offer all aspects of hairdressing services from basic root tints to specialised colour services such as balayage and vivid hair colouring techniques. We can accommodate the whole family, as we offer both ladies and gents hair services, as well as looking after your little ones. All our team are trained hair extensionist’s, and can offer you tape, nano, micro nano, la weave, micro weave, and hidden weave techniques. Using only the best quality hair from Remi cachet, our team can help you add length and thickness to your hair that will be perfectly match your colour.
Do you also offer aesthetic treatments?
Holmes of Beauty is the go-to beauty clinic for excellent and natural-looking treatments and enhancements. Our aesthetics department is run by Lisa, a qualified Nurse of 12 years. Lisa has been doing cosmetic injectables for the past 5 years now and can ensure each one of her patients will receive bespoke treatments /plans tailored to their needs and concerns.
Our clinic is renowned for aesthetic enhancements, and we offer a wide range of services, focusing on the face, skin, body as well as your overall wellness.
Lisa offers free consultations for all her patients to discuss treatments and out you at ease.
What treatments does Lisa offer?
Our clinic provides a range of aesthetic treatments and services, including wrinkle reducing injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and lip augmentation.
We use only the best, market-leading products within our state-of-the-art medical setting. Recently we also invested in fat freezing machine to give you this “beach body” look at any time of the year!
