If lacking space at the rear there may be room to add additional space to the front by creating a contemporary porch. Narrow entrances can get cluttered with coats and shoes. A porch can add dedicated storage space, improve security and prevent heat loss.
With the escalating costs of moving home and the continuing uncertainty of the market it makes sense to consider the option of upgrading your home to create an asset you love and which will return the investment when it is the right time to move.
