- KERB APPEAL – whilst this is a very American term, it is absolutely right to address this! Freshen up paintwork, clean windows and tidy the garden
- SPARKLING CLEAN – ensure appliances, skirting boards, toilets, taps, sinks, surfaces, woodwork, light fittings, mirrors etc are all shiny and clean
- SMELLING FRESH – open the windows, clean the carpets and use a subtle scent diffuser
- WELL MAINTAINED –make a list of those niggling repairs and get them sorted out
