What is your favourite sandwich filling?
I’m quite old-fashioned, I don’t really like fancy food, I like plain food so I guess my answer would have to be a beautiful fried bacon and egg sandwich.
If you could have any super power, what would it be and why?
The super power I would most like is invisibility, as this would allow me to do lots of random acts of kindness without people knowing who it was. I’m not about helping people for the glory or personal gains but just out of the goodness of my heart.
What are some of your hobbies outside of radio?
I have a real adrenaline rush when I go to live speedway. Also, a good game of darts down the local is a good pick for me. Both are not active sports but still very enjoyable.
What’s your favourite sport and what team do you support?
I’m not much of sports guy, however, I do enjoy watching a classic F1 Grand Prix from time to time. And of course, like many others, I’m sure my personal top F1 team would have to be Mercedes. I mean how can you not support the British legend in the sport, Lewis Hamilton?
Dog or cat person?
I like all animals however, growing up with my family we have always opened our home to dogs therefore I would have to say I’m a dog person. Definitely man’s best friend.
What is your favourite music genre?
Being the breakfast show presenter on Hot Gold it’s a bit of an obvious one, it’s music from the 70’s & 80’s. Makes me feel young again and allows me to relive past memories.
What is your go to favourite food?
Like before, I like plain British food and hand on heart you can’t beat good, old-fashioned fish and chips from the local chippy (I’m rather a cheap date).
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
If I could go anywhere in the world, it would mean I have the money to do so, and if I’m being honest there is more than one place I would choose. Definitely areas in the USA like New York City and Miami would be top of the list. I love the idea of skating in Central Park surrounded by all the Christmas lights or visiting the infamous Disney World.
If someone wrote a biography about you, what would it be called and why?
My life philosophy is; don’t have regrets, live life to the full, and what will be will be. Which is why the name for my biography would have to be ‘No Regrets’. Always regret the things you have done… not what you haven’t done!
If you won the lottery what would be the first thing you buy and why?
One of my life’s dreams has always been to have the freedom to travel anywhere in the world in any time frame. To be a free spirit and go with the flow. So, if I won the lottery the first thing I would do is buy a Luxury RV American style camper and take it exploring.
