How has Superior Fires developed over the years?
We have made many changes to our showroom over the years adapting it as times and style have changed, allowing us to feature new products that are released. With the market moving away from gas and solid fuel fires and moving more towards electric fires we have introduced a range of high-end electric fires with a realistic flame effect to accommodate customer’s requirements.

What is currently your best selling product at Superior Fires? Why is this product so popular?
The British Fires range are without a doubt the best-selling fires at the moment, in particular the New Forest 1600. The Deluxe Log upgrade has also been an extremely popular choice with customers; looking so realistic you would not believe that it’s electric. Electric fires solve a problem for many homeowners in the UK – not having a chimney, flue or access to a gas supply shouldn’t stop you from have a stunning fire or fireplace effect in your home.

We have seen such a drastic change to your showroom already this year. Have you any further plans to develop?
With trends and interior styles constantly changing it is important to keep up with these and reflect that through our showroom displays. People like to visit our showroom so they can walk through the displays to get a feel for how the fireplaces look and the ambience they create, this helps to envisage them in the setting of their own home.

Are there any products / services lined up for this year or in the future that you are excited about?
We are always looking at developing new products and sourcing manufacturer’s latest models to make these available to purchase from the showroom. We have some exciting new releases in line for this year, which we can’t wait to shout about!
