It seems like we are on the final hurdle of lockdown and with Mother’s Day this month we cannot wait to be back open to pamper you all. So, we thought why not put our expert to the test this month to give you some insider information on how to look and feel great.
I suffered with COVID back in December, but I have noticed that I am now suffering with hair loss what would you recommend?
I actually offer our WellWoman and WellMan full body blood tests to see what is going on in your body. I have carried out hundreds of these since the start of COVID last year and they have proven to be a huge success as once we get the results, we can tailor an individual treatment plan just for you.
I have actually also seen a huge increase in hair loss patients who have suffered with this since they have had COVID. The best treatment we offer for hair loss is our PRP system. PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy for hair loss is a medical treatment in which a person’s blood is drawn, processed and then injected into the scalp – with incredible results! Platelet rich plasma can grow baby hairs, strengthen the existing hairs and thicken them.
Are you offering any treatments in lockdown?
As with all beauty and aesthetic treatments we are closed until the government give us the go ahead to reopen. I am however offering medical treatments that include rapid COVID tests with results in 20 minutes, test to fly COVID tests and IV drips and vitamin injections to boost your immune system. With the reopening becoming nearer I am also offering free Zoom consultations for skin, aesthetic, health and medical treatments whereby we can assess your needs and desires and put a treatment plan together.
What’s your top lockdown skin tip?
The Alumier Enzymatic Peel is my ultimate lockdown skin at home treatment, let all those fruit enzymes get that dead skin especially with maskne on the rise. I also LOVE the Profhilo Serum to keep hydrated after cleansing and toning. Once a week I use my TigiSkin dermaroller to get rid of any acne scarring and to boost collagen then follow this by Tigi Skin Serum. I haven’t been able to see my mum in so long so now she has had both her vaccinations I want to treat her this Mother’s Day what would you recommend?
