Here at Arcadia Beauty Spa, we have recently undergone training in order to deliver our clients with an exciting new massage: bamboo massage.
A heated bamboo cane is used instead of a therapist’s hands during this treatment, which gives a deeper and firmer massage. The same strokes are used as would be by the hands, then it is kneaded to help reduce tension and ease knots over your body.
There are many benefits to this massage, including; the improvement of stiffness in the joints, sleep quality improvement and it aids clarity of mind. Bamboo massage also has skin boosting benefits too, as it helps to give your skin a healthy, natural glow. This really is an amazing treatment, which I love giving my clients.
