If you’d like to visit in person, you can rest assured that we have invested in personal protective equipment (PPE), comprehensive training and technology that follows strict government guidelines.
Our virtual tours also let you explore our retirement living locations with a friendly tour guide from the comfort of your own home.
Viewings to a Platinum Skies location are limited to two people and prior to this a Sales Manager will ask four COVID-19 questions to assess the risk of the visit. We appreciate that this can seem a bit different, but we’re here to guide you through every step of a safe viewing.
Gloves, mask and access to antibacterial gel is fully available at the reception/foyer. Our on-site Lifestyle Manager will also be on hand for support to ensure a safe viewing and then wipe down surfaces after the visit.
We feel this is the perfect way to confidently and securely explore all that a Platinum Skies lifestyle has to offer. We have a number of show homes at each location, as well as tours of the communal spaces and outdoor areas, so you can really get a sense of the location as a whole.
Platinum Skies retirement locations are purposefully chosen for their beautiful natural surroundings and amenities. Many of our homes have balconies with sweeping views and access to large, private communal gardens.

The videos are fully interactive, so purchasers can zoom in on specification details, such as kitchen cabinetry and bathroom finishes, as well as view rooms from different angles, to really get a sense of the space.
“We also have aerial drone footage of each development, so buyers get a sense of what the immediate surroundings look like, and how the building fits within the local area. At Vista in Poole, residents can see the mesmerising views of Poole Harbour which is enjoyed from practically every apartment. Meanwhile from the upper levels at Chapters, the distinctive spire of Salisbury Cathedral can be spotted in all its glory.”
