Laid back living at Victory Oak

Sales Consultant Andrew Morton tells us why Victory Oak, a collection of contemporary homes nestled on the edge of peaceful woodland, is the perfect setting for your next home.

What type of homes do you have on offer at Victory Oak?
Victory Oak comprises a selection of 3 & 4 bedroom contemporary styled homes that offer comfortable, affordable living in a unique woodland setting alongside a protected nature reserve, equidistant between Ferndown and Ringwood. Each home comes as a complete ‘turnkey’ solution as we include integrated kitchen appliances, flooring, carpets, fully tiled bathrooms, turfed rear garden and full 10 year NHBC guarantee. In addition, our homes provide excellent green credentials which include solar panels fitted to every home and an EPC rating of B.

Do you have homes ready to move into now?
If people’s property search is urgent then look no further, we have properties in all ranges that are ready to occupy. Many have south facing gardens, long driveways providing ample parking and in all cases a garage or carport.

We heard that creating a community feel to this site has been an important factor, what has been put in place to help achieve this?
At the centre of Victory Oak is the park, an area that was created around the Victory Oak tree that was planted by the American army who occupied the land during the Second World War, when it was used as a forward operating base for the D Day landings. The Oak tree, which is an American oak, stands resplendent on the edge of the park and was provided by the well known local business Stewarts Garden Centres. A children’s play area with swings, slides and other engaging wooden play equipment are part of the park. This area is the hub of Victory Oak and makes an excellent space for community led activities and events.

What is it about the local area that makes it such a great place to live?
Living on the South coast where you will find miles of sandy blue flag designated beaches and only a short drive from the New Forest is a joy in itself, but moving to Victory Oak comes with an added bonus. As the owner of a property at Victory Oak you can take one of two footpaths from the development and be in Hurn forest within minutes where you can walk, take your dog, mountain bike and run. The fact that Victory Oak is nestled on the edge of peaceful woodland, yet within easy reach of bustling towns, beautiful countryside and stunning beaches makes it the perfect location in every respect.

Is Help to Buy available?
