Location BH Ltd (locationbh.co.uk) has now been dealing with room rentals and HMO properties in Poole and Bournemouth since 2006, renting to workers and students from all over the world. The experienced staff know the type of rooms required, the locations that give the best occupancy and the prices that can be achieved. The company and staff also have a wealth of experience dealing with councils on HMO licensing.
Dorset Property Lab Ltd (dorsetpropertylab.com) is a construction company that specialises in extending and converting houses into HMO’s. The general manager and employees have been building locally for a combined period of over 40 years. What started as the refurbishment and resale of homes has now developed into the construction of large houses and blocks of flats. The majority of our properties are in the Poole and Bournemouth with some in the Torquay area.

Several projects have been finished and sold but there are more in the pipeline including;
- Branksome – A three bed semi detached house, that has been extended to create a six bed HMO where all the rooms have an en suite and kitchenette. The building work is coming to a conclusion and two rooms have already been booked by guests wanting to move in as soon as possible.
- Boscombe – We are awaiting planning permission to create a seven bed HMO with all rooms having en suites and
- Lansdowne – We are in the process of buying a large property that has the permission required to begin refurbishment before rental income will commence. This project is near to full subscription.
