Lewis Keating and Jon Phillips, co-founders of New Style Living,have built a reputation for high-quality new builds, flawless finish standards and a hands-on approach that sets them apart.
Lewis and Jon’s partnership began long before they ever stepped onto a site together. The two attended the same school, but it wasn’t until 2020—when Jon built Lewis’s first ever new-build home—that the foundation of NSL Developments was laid. The project was a success, the collaboration was natural, and from there the pair have continued to grow, refine and elevate their craft.
With Jon’s deep experience on the tools and Lewis’s strength in acquisitions and day-to-day operations, they bring a balance that has proven to be the engine behind their success. “We’ve worked with the same core team for over five years,” says Lewis. “We only use trusted, recommended trades with strong local roots. That consistency is a big part of our quality.”

With both current sites now on the market, NSL Developments is preparing for a strong and ambitious year ahead. The business will be launching three new 2-bed new-build homes in Ferndown, alongside a focused expansion into:
