Kate, for anyone who hasn’t visited yet, what can people expect when they walk into one of your showrooms?
You’ll find beautifully designed displays showcasing everything from luxurious freestanding baths to sleek modern showers, stunning tiles, and clever storage ideas. It’s a space where customers can explore, get inspired, and really start to imagine how their own bathroom could look. We are the only local bathroom showroom that offers a dedicated Presentation Room allowing every customer to step into their bathroom via VR for free.
We’ve heard there’s a brand new Poole Showroom – tell us more!
Yes, it’s a really exciting time! The showroom is thoughtfully curated with stylish, functional bathroom settings that cater to diverse tastes, lifestyles, and budgets. With a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship, showcasing some displays which proudly feature British manufacturers. But the journey doesn’t stop there, showcasing the very latest in wellbeing technology, the showroom features a state-of-the-art wellness suite complete with a fully operational steam shower and whirlpool bath.
That sounds fantastic. What else is happening that customers should know about?
Absolutely! Right now, we’re having a sale on ex-display bathroom suites, we are updating some of our Southbourne displays, so there are pieces up for grabs there and, our New Milton showroom is having a refit so we have a large number of ex-display furniture, baths and showering ready to go, so customers can get something brand new and top quality at a fraction of the price. It’s a great opportunity to grab a bargain. Then, in January and February, we’re running “free tiles with every bathroom sale” campaign – perfect timing if you’re planning a renovation in the new year then pop into your local showroom for more information.
The Poole Showroom has a Wellness Suite – what makes it special?
We wanted to show a display as a functioning bathroom which can be demonstrated by the team but, also one that inspires people to elevate their bathroom into something that makes them immediately feel calm and alleviate the stresses of everyday life. The room has frosted glass doors for added privacy for people that would like a demonstration, it has a working whirlpool bath, a smart toilet and steam showroom room. The whole room has a calmness about it with soft relaxing music playing in the background. The products and style of the room are there to inspire and elevate any bathroom design and we have seen a real surge in the wellness sector with many opting for products from within this display.
