Go wild this autumn
At Marwell Zoo
Marwell Zoo is hosting a Wild Autumn this October half term with a week packed full of wildlife adventures and exciting activities.
From a haybale maze and pumpkin tossing, to face painting and story time with Esme the friendly witch, half term at Marwell is going to be BOO-tiful!
And what’s more, your little ones can eat free at Café Graze with every adult main meal purchased! (T&Cs apply).

From Saturday October 25 to Sunday November 2 the daily activities include:
- Free pumpkin carving and painting
- 11am-4pm
- Pumpkin Patch Games 10:30am-4pm
- Face painting fun (additional charge applies) 11am-3pm
- Storytelling with Esme the friendly Witch 11:30am and 1:30pm
- Haybale maze
- Remarkable reptile keeper talks – check the Marwell app for times
- Talks about mythological creatures from unicorns to dragons 3pm each day
- Explore animal artefacts and enjoy craft activities 12pm-4pm
- Virtual reality wildlife adventure (additional charge applies)
Nicky Cole, Senior Events Manager at Marwell Zoo, said: “Wild Autumn is a week packed full of Halloween fun for all the family as well a chance to meet our incredible animals and their keepers.
“With plenty of indoor activities, as well as stunning outdoor backdrops, you’ll be entertained whatever the weather. What a way to spend half term!”
