Quality Residential started up its letting business in Lower Parkstone in 1990 when the first big
property recession hit the sales and letting markets. At the time we were only around 4 letting agents to service the letting market. Now… I can’t even count how many different firms there are out there! Many are linked to their estate agency arms, but we have been independent from the start and long term members of ARLA, which means that we are solely dedicated to advising our clients on the successful letting of their properties.

We are proud to say that we still have a large portfolio of properties throughout Bournemouth, Parkstone and Poole, let back from those early years on our register, and Landlords have never doubted the professional service that we have provided and developed over the years.

We rarely get an empty period within a property, the turn around can be as short as a few days because we are confident that the property has been well maintained and will be left in a clean and tidy condition.

We provide competitive terms with both commissions and administration charges, by selecting reliable tenants who care for the homes they rent, expenses for maintaining their homes over the years have been kept to a minimum.
