I have been running Coast Home Management in the local area for the past 4 years. Having grown up near Branksome Chine, I returned here 15 years ago and realised that I could provide additional support for home owners and a personalised service they required.
I began the business after seeing two family friends with what first appeared to be different issues, but I recognised they required a very similar solution. One family friend had a flood whilst away for 3 months and the insurance didn’t cover the damage. My inspections would have minimised the impact and allowed them to act quicker. Another relative moved away whilst retaining her home locally. What was a 2hr round trip to check the property or bring the bins in I could resolve in 15 minutes and provide an update on the security of the property.
Though the core of what I provide is the same including key holding and weekly property inspections there are variances between each client as simply everyone’s needs are different from watering plants to inflating paddle boards.
