Eighteen months ago, having worked in the plumbing industry for the best part of a decade, Owners Ross and Steve put their heads together and decided to put all of their knowledge into their own independent bathroom showroom—with their signature friendly customer service, and the relevant expertise to back it up. So they did, and thus, The Bath Works was born.
Now going into it’s fourth month of business, their second store, based in New Milton, has been just as well received as their first, offering people across Dorset and Hampshire the opportunity to explore their next big project options in the flesh, in a fresh new showroom.

At The Bath Works showroom, their team abides by a reserved approach to product promotion, leaving you to happily peruse the showroom free of looming sales advisors. That’s not to say that they’re not here to help—far from it. And that same applies for the newly opened New Milton store, as Marcus, the New Milton branch’s store manager, explained: “To us, good customer service means properly communicating, being able to offer expert advise, and delivering on promises made. All simple things, but so often they’re forgotten, which is why we make an effort to carry out these behaviours everywhere we can”.
In going the extra mile, The Bath Works even offer site visits for prospective bathroom projects, so that you can work with their advisors to bring your ideal vision to life, in the comfort of your own home. They also offer a free delivery to those within the BH postcode, as an extra gratitude for choosing to go local with them.
